Supporting pet parents and veterinary practices, the full-time Veterinary Care Representative will provide compassionate customer service remotely, managing appointment scheduling and addressing inquiries while occasionally visiting local practices. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls from pet parents, veterinary practices, pharmacies, and vendors Schedule and manage wellness, sick, surgical, and urgent appointments Conduct follow-ups and outreach for prior medical requests and authorizations Required qualifications 1-3+ years of small animal veterinary or related industry experience Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, virtual call center environment Comfort using multiple computer systems and navigating online resources Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass a background check
