Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care and quality-of-life issues while working fully remote in a high-volume call center environment. Key responsibilities Guide emotional conversations with pet families about end-of-life and quality-of-life care Answer a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately Demonstrate dependability and meet productivity, quality, and performance standards Required qualifications Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail and Zoom Previous experience in a remote work environment High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection for reliable internet access
