Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations, manage a high volume of customer service calls, and document medical information, all in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions and timely responses Accurately gather and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments Required qualifications Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments Reliable hard-wired Ethernet connection with high-speed internet service Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions Must attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment
