To support compassionate end-of-life care, the part-time Arizona Licensed Hospice Veterinarian will provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia services to pet families throughout Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona, while enjoying professional autonomy and a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Provide in-home pet hospice, palliative care, quality-of-life support, and compassionate euthanasia services Independently travel to scheduled appointments and practice effectively in a mobile veterinary care environment Educate pet families on quality-of-life decisions and maintain accurate veterinary medical records Required qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD), BVMS, or equivalent veterinary medical degree Active veterinary license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain one Valid U.S. driver's license for travel between appointments Demonstrated ability to communicate with empathy during sensitive end-of-life conversations Availability for rotational weekend scheduling as required
