Global Talent Partners is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to step into a Medical Director role at a modern, well-established small animal hospital in Northern New Jersey.

This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian who wants to lead clinically while remaining hands-on , with strong technician support, modern facilities and a collaborative team culture.

The Role

• Clinical leadership while continuing to practice
• Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff
• Help shape medical standards and hospital culture
• Varied caseload with approximately 70% wellness / 30% sick visits
• Excellent support: 1 technician/assistant per doctor + 2 dedicated treatment technicians

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday: 8am–5pm
• Saturday: 8am–4pm
• Sunday: Closed
• $150,000–$175,000 salary , dependent on experience

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent
• NJ veterinary license or eligibility
• Previous experience suitable for a Medical Director position
