Cascade Veterinary Clinics is seeking a motivated and growth-minded New Graduate DVM who is eager to build confidence, expand clinical skills, and practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We understand that your first position after veterinary school shapes your entire career. That’s why we have created a mentorship-driven environment designed specifically for new doctors — one that emphasizes collaboration, guided surgical experience, case discussion, and steady growth without overwhelming pressure.

This full-time or part-time, on-site role allows you to provide high-quality care to a loyal and established client base across North Central Washington while developing your skills alongside experienced, mentor-minded peers.

You will practice preventative and urgent care medicine, perform surgery and dentistry with structured support, and build meaningful relationships with clients — all while strengthening your diagnostic confidence and clinical decision-making.

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of medical conditions
  • Participate in collaborative case discussions with peers
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
  • Embrace feedback and demonstrate a commitment to continual growth

We believe in progressive independence — not sink‑or‑swim expectations. Your caseload and surgical responsibilities will grow alongside your confidence.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with production‑based bonus structure
  • Earning potential of $130,000-300,000 per year with long‑term growth opportunity
  • No negative accrual
  • Sign‑on bonus OR relocation package
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • Flexible scheduling that supports work‑life balance
  • CE reimbursement and paid CE time
  • Paid DEA, USDA, and state licensing fees
  • Company‑paid AVMA, AVMA PLIT, and VIN dues
  • Health, dental, and liability insurance
  • 401k with 3% company contribution
  • Scrub allowance
  • Wellness Program
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Discounted employee pet care
  • A genuinely supportive team culture focused on mentorship and collaboration
