The Role

  • Provide comprehensive wellness and medical exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and communicate clearly with clients
  • Perform general soft-tissue surgery and dentistry within a dedicated surgical suite using electronic patient monitoring and best-practice anesthesia and pain-management protocols
  • Utilize in-house lab, on-site pharmacy, digital radiography, ultrasound, and therapeutic laser to deliver efficient, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to controlled substance procedures
  • Collaborate with technicians and support staff to optimize workflow, uphold hospital protocols, and support continuous improvement
  • Participate in professional development and mentorship, either as a mentee or mentor

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
  • License to practice (or eligibility for licensure) in Arizona
  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and dental skills, with excellent communication and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
