Offering a base salary of up to $180,000, quarterly production incentives with no negative accrual, and flexible three- or four-day schedules, this position provides an attractive combination of strong earning potential, clinical variety, and work-life balance.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work within a private practice environment where veterinarians have the freedom to make clinical decisions while still having a strong support network around them. The caseload includes preventative and general practice medicine, urgent care, dentistry, and surgery, providing plenty of variety throughout the week.
