Schedule
- No Sundays! Half days on Saturdays (with a rotating schedule)
- Extended weekday hours create strong, consistent caseload while allowing you longer shifts and fewer days
Compensation
- ProSal compensation with quarterly production bonuses
- Base salary of $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience
- We take a holistic approach to compensation and tailor packages to align with each candidate’s goals. If your expectations differ, apply and we’ll discuss options
