  • Lead and mentor a talented team of associate veterinarians and support staff.
  • Establish, implement, and uphold medical protocols to ensure top‑tier patient care and compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve hospital and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • 5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence.
  • Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire your team.
