The Role

• Part-time Associate Veterinarian in a small-animal general practice
• Deliver preventive care: comprehensive exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and client education
• Perform and interpret diagnostics, including in-house lab work and digital imaging
• Provide dental care, including dental radiography and extractions, with a focus on high-quality dentistry
• Perform routine soft-tissue procedures and support anesthesia monitoring and post-operative care
• Maintain thorough medical records and communicate clearly with clients and the clinical team

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
• License to practice veterinary medicine in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• DEA registration (or eligibility)
