Schedule & Compensation
- 3.5–4 day work week , including 4 x 8s options
- Competitive compensation options, including:
- $110,000 starting base + 23% production
- Average ATC of $300
- Generous PTO (12 days) with flexible, supportive scheduling

What We’re Looking For
- DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Licensure (or ability to become licensed) in Utah
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Interest in practicing high-quality medicine with a broad case mix
- Experience preferred, but mentorship and support are always available
