The Role
  • Full-time primary care veterinarian serving companion animals
  • Perform comprehensive exams, develop treatment plans, and provide preventive care and client education
  • Execute routine surgeries and dental procedures with appropriate anesthesia protocols and monitoring
  • Utilize in-clinic diagnostics to guide quality, timely medical decisions
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and client service teams to ensure smooth patient flow, including appointment and drop-off care
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold high standards of medical recordkeeping, safety, and client communication
  • Participate in a schedule that may include some evenings and weekends
Requirements
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
  • License to practice veterinary medicine in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • DEA registration (or eligibility) and commitment to compliant, ethical practice
  • Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a preventive-care mindset
  • Comfort with routine surgery and dentistry, and willingness to support evening/weekend coverage as scheduled
