We’re partnering with a busy, well-established small animal hospital in Porter, TX , just minutes from Houston, to recruit a compassionate and motivated Veterinarian to join a collaborative two-doctor team.
You’ll work alongside a hands‑on, experienced DVM owner who is deeply committed to Fear Free, low‑stress handling and building long‑term relationships with both clients and staff. This is an ideal role for a veterinarian who wants to practice high‑quality medicine without corporate pressure .

Schedule & Work‑Life Balance
Hospital Hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full‑time schedule typically consists of 4 × 10‑hour shifts per week
Saturday rotates occasionally to support balance and flexibility
Production Bonus: 23%+ with no negative accrual

- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
