Scheduling centers on weekday hours with limited Saturday availability to promote work-life balance. The Role



  • Provide comprehensive small-animal general practice care, including wellness and preventive medicine, dentistry, diagnostics, urgent care, and soft-tissue surgery

  • Manage cases with medical autonomy while collaborating closely with skilled technicians and client service teammates

  • Communicate clearly with clients to support education, compliance, and long-term relationships

  • Utilize on-site diagnostic and surgical capabilities to deliver efficient, high-quality care

  • Optional involvement with limited equine and bovine cases based on interest and experience

  • Participate in a balanced schedule focused on weekdays with limited Saturday coverage


Requirements



  • DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution

  • License to practice veterinary medicine in Illinois (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • Eligibility to work in the United States

  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
