Martin Downs Animal Hospital, on Florida's beautiful Treasure Coast, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, family-oriented team.

Incentive Package
- Up to $200,000 Base Salary
- 21–23% Production (pro-sal structure)
- $50K–$75K Sign-On Bonus
- Dues, licenses, and fees covered (DEA, AVMA, VIN, state license, PLIT)
- Annual uniform allowance for full-time doctors
- Path to Growth: Medical Director role or equity/joint venture opportunity
What Your Day Looks Like
- 4-day work week, with a rotating half-day Saturday (about every 3rd Saturday) Closed Sunday
- No on-call or after-hours emergencies, patients needing overnight care are referred to the local ER
- Typical hours 8:15am–5pm with an hour for lunch; some flexibility depending on the candidate
- Work alongside an experienced Managing DVM and a skilled team of 4 technicians, including credentialed staff

- Well-equipped hospital: 4 exam rooms, dedicated surgery suite, in-house pharmacy and lab, ICU, isolation, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, laser therapy, surgical laser, and electrocautery
- Great fit for doctors with an interest in exotics, orthopedics (equipment already in place), or diagnostic ultrasound

What We're Looking For
- DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited university
- Licensed (or eligible) in Florida
