Our exclusive client's thriving small animal clinic in Overland Park, KS is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join its established team.

Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!), an already full client base, and the support of experienced technicians—all in a well-equipped, modern facility that values autonomy and collaboration.

Position Highlights

• 4-day workweek (Monday-Friday) | Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
• 30-minute appointments | Consistent, established client base
• Weekly surgical responsibilities | Opportunity to expand based on your interests
• Optional exotic animal caseload

Advanced diagnostics & equipment

• Digital radiography

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000-$150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Production bonus: 21%, no negative accrual
• Licensing & liability insurance: 100% covered
• CE allowance: $1,500 per year + additional CE PTO

Who We're Looking For

• DVM or equivalent, licensed (or eligible) in Kansas
• Confident in general practice and routine surgery
