- AAHA accredited small animal practice (dogs & cats)

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 - $300,000 depending on experience
- Production-based bonuses

The Role
You will have the autonomy to practice comprehensive medicine while being supported by a highly skilled team. Strong mentorship is available, and both new graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Four-day workweek for full-time veterinarians
- Rotating Saturdays with shortened hours
- No after-hours emergencies and no Sundays
- Dedicated lunch breaks
Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program
- ECFVG or PAVE certification accepted
