Global Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal hospital in Nashua, NH, as Medical Director.
This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys surgery, mentorship and leadership and wants to help shape the future of a successful, community-focused practice.
The Role
You'll remain clinically involved while working alongside the Practice Manager to:
- Mentor and support veterinarians and support staff
- Perform routine and advanced soft-tissue surgery
- Drive medical excellence and patient care
- Develop the team and strengthen hospital culture
- Build strong client relationships
- Support continued hospital growth
Previous leadership experience is preferred, but experienced veterinarians ready to take their first leadership role are encouraged to apply.
The Hospital
A collaborative small animal GP with a loyal, established client base and a highly stable team.
Services include:
- Wellness & preventative care
- General medicine

- Advanced soft-tissue procedures including mass removals, pyometras, cystotomies, enucleations and foreign bodies
Facilities include 4 exam rooms, dedicated surgery, wet treatment table, digital radiography and digital dental radiography.
Additional support is available from nearby urgent care and emergency hospitals.

Requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent
