The Role

• Provide high-quality preventive care, internal medicine case management, and client education
• Perform routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, including dental radiography
• Utilize in-house laboratory and digital imaging to guide diagnostics and treatment plans
• Deliver safe anesthesia and effective pain management
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and clear client communications
• Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent service
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold accreditation standards
• Participate in a fair rotation for weekday and limited weekend coverage as needed

Requirements

• DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• License to practice (or eligibility to obtain) in Massachusetts
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Comfort with routine surgery and dentistry preferred; all experience levels considered
