Actively seeking a Full-time or Part-time GP Veterinarian to join our team at Lenoir Veterinary Hospital, located in western North Carolina.

Preference given to an experienced Veterinarian candidate, but we are open to new grads as well.

$100,000-$135,000 Base Salary (varies based on qualifications/experience)

Lenoir Veterinary Hospital is the longest established GP veterinary practice in Caldwell County, NC, established in 1946. We are located in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The majority of our support staff has been with us for over 5 years. We strive to provide progressive and compassionate quality care along with exceptional client service and value. Our practice focuses on providing preventative care by conducting thorough examinations, offering up‑to‑date diagnostics and treatment plans.

We offer our clients preventative annual wellness plans (PAW Plans) that bundle comprehensive preventative services together, offering discounts with monthly payment options. PAW Plans are geared toward juvenile health, adult, and geriatric care with options for spaying/neutering and dentistry.

Potential Ownership Interest

Potential Ownership Interest: Provided you maintain continued employment and good standing with the Hospital, you may be permitted to participate in the JV Pathway to Partnership Program or similar program which may prepare you to purchase an agreed‑upon ownership interest in the Hospital at a future date.

Responsibilities

  • Generous base salary + production
  • Choice of Incentive(s): Retention Bonus, Sign‑On Bonus, or Relocation Assistance
  • Group health, dental, vision, ancillary coverage & 401(k)
  • Generous allowance for CE, Licensing, DEA, dues & fees
  • Steady work schedule of a 4‑day workweek and a rotation of Saturdays with other DVMs
  • (Business Hours: Mon‑Fri 7:30am‑5:30pm; Saturdays 8:00am – 12noon)
