Our hospital is a modern, recently expanded, and fully equipped facility, surrounded by excellent local specialists for advanced case support. With a talented team of 25 dedicated staff members— including 4 licensed RVTs—we work together to deliver compassionate, honest, gold standard veterinary care. Teamwork isn’t just a value here — it’s how we operate every day. Each doctor is supported by two assistants/RVTs during appointments and a two-tech surgery team (one RVT + one assistant) to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care. With 15 exam rooms, this lighthearted team collaborates and supports each other both on a personal and professional level. Culture is second to none at Mason Family.
Who We’re Looking For

What We Offer
- Minimum $120,000 base salary (DOE) + production incentives. Experienced Doctors could see close to $200k annually.
