Up to $150,000 Base Salary + 20% Production Bonus + Manager Stipend

An established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Kingsport, Tennessee is seeking a Senior Veterinarian to lead a talented veterinary team while continuing to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DVM who enjoys mentoring colleagues, shaping clinical standards, and driving hospital success—all while maintaining an active role in patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional small animal medical and surgical care
• Engaging full service GP hospital with additional urgent care services also provided
• Mentoring and supporting fellow veterinarians
• Collaborating with leadership to maintain and elevate medical standards
• Supporting team development and fostering a positive culture
• Helping guide the future growth and success of the hospital

Schedule

Full-time position c.40 hours per week working 4 mid-weekdays with occasional weekends on a rotational basis in line with hospital times:

Monday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Base salary up to $150,000
• Paid licenses and professional dues

What We're Looking For

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Tennessee
• Strong small animal clinical skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and developing veterinary teams
