The Role

  • Full-time small-animal general practice focused on preventive care, wellness exams, and vaccinations
  • Perform spay/neuter and routine soft-tissue surgery; provide dentistry supported by dental X-ray
  • Utilize on-site digital radiography and in-house lab for timely diagnostics and case management
  • Provide microchipping and compassionate end-of-life care
  • Prescribe and manage treatments supported by an on-site pharmacy
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships and deliver clear, empathetic communication
  • Collaborate with a seasoned support team to maintain efficient, high-quality workflows
  • Contribute to a positive culture, mentoring and supporting team members as needed
  • Participate in a schedule that includes early weekday starts and weekend coverage
  • Maintain thorough medical records and uphold safety and quality standards

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution
  • License to practice veterinary medicine in Washington, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative approach
  • Comfort performing general surgery and dentistry, with willingness to work some weekends
