Schedule & Culture
Full‑time: 36‑40 hours/week.
Typical 4x10 shifts midweek, with occasional Saturday coverage and potential option to work full time over 3 days as well.
Clinic Hours:
- Monday‑Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Fast‑paced urgent care workflow with structured protocols and strong mentorship

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000‑$180,000
- 23% monthly production (no negative accrual)
