  • Support a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented culture
  • Uphold PRCKC’s mission of accessible, judgment‑free care

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Collaborative Culture : Team‑based care with strong technician and support staff
  • Growth Opportunities : Develop skills in surgery, dentals, and community medicine
  • Flexible Scheduling : Choose a schedule that works for your lifestyle
  • No On‑Call Shifts : The schedule you choose will be static, and we’ll never ask you to be on‑call
  • Flexible Days : Do something different each day, and leave when you’re done
  • Limited Face‑to‑Face Contact : You’ll have a team of frontline staff at your disposal to speak to owners on your behalf for any conversation that does not require a doctor
