The Role

• Full-time associate veterinarian position tailored to new graduates through a structured mentorship program
• Dual-mentor model with dedicated on-site mentorship and additional mentors providing case guidance
• Gradual transition to independent caseload with real-time case support
• Primary focus on small-animal general practice, with opportunities in dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, preventive care, internal medicine, and senior patient care
• Option to see avian/exotic cases based on interest
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Use of in-house diagnostics and digital imaging to inform timely, high-quality care
• Close collaboration with skilled technicians and client-care teams, plus regular case discussions and CE activities

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution
• License to practice in Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality, team-based medicine
