We are a busy GP/ER hybrid hospital with no overnights or late call, a steady stream of urgent care and emergency cases , and the equipment and support to practice gold-standard medicine every day.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a veterinarian who loves variety, thrives on complex cases, and wants to build lasting relationships in a community that truly values its doctors. You’ll see everything from holistic medicine and dentistry to emergency cases and advanced surgeries — supported by a 15-doctor team and full staff (3:1 ratio with LVTs). Our veterinarians each average $1M+ in annual production , with some exceeding $2M.

Compensation And Benefits
- Free year of housing
- $140,000–$190,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- 21%+ production bonus, paid monthlyli>
- 50% production on emergency and after-hours appointments
- Exact compensation based on skills, experience, and schedule
