The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a veterinarian who loves variety, thrives on complex cases, and wants to build lasting relationships in a community that truly values its doctors. You’ll see everything from holistic medicine, dentistry to emergency cases and advanced surgeries—supported by a 15‑doctor team and full staff (3:1 ratio with LVTs). Our veterinarians each average $1M+ in annual production.

Compensation and Benefits

• Free year of housing
• $140,000–$190,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• 21%+ production bonus, paid monthly
• 50% production on emergency and after‑hours appointments
• Exact compensation based on skills, experience, and schedule
