  • Production : 20% with no negative accrual.

  • Professional coverage : PLIT liability, licensing fees, and membership dues fully covered.
  • CE support : $2,000–$2,500 annual allowance.
  • Team support : Experienced CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) on‑site, with a 3:1 tech‑to‑DVM ratio .
  • Licensed (or eligible) Veterinarian in Texas.
  • Skilled in soft tissue surgery and comfortable working independently when needed.

Salary and Benefits

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr (base salary + negotiable production bonus). No negative accrual. Full private hospital benefits included.
