Opelika Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian who thrives in a busy, community-focused setting.Our hospital has been a trusted part of the Opelika and Auburn communities for over 45 years. We're a fast-paced, walk-in small animal clinic known for our friendly, family-like atmosphere and dedication to quality care. We offer everything from wellness exams to specialized surgeries enabling our clients and their pets to develop a lifelong relationship with our doctors by offering that small town family clinic appeal with all the medical care of larger hospitals.
Schedule and Work-Life Balance
* Supportive environment for experienced DVMs
* Flexible schedule: 4-4.5 days/week (10-hour shifts)
* No after-hours or on-call duties
* We maintain a 1:1 doctor-to-technician ratio
Our Facility & Equipment
* Stand-alone hospital with 3 exam rooms, 2 surgery suites, and a boarding area
* Equipped with digital X-ray, and we're adding a new dental machine soon
* 100% small animal practice, seeing an average of 40-50+ patients per day
