We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a highly established, full‑service veterinary hospital in El Paso, Texas.

Full‑time 4‑day work week. No on‑call or late nights. Sign‑on bonus of $30 K. 20 % ProSal bonus structure with no negative accrual.

• Established and thriving practice with strong patient demand and excellent earning potential

• 2:1 Vet Tech to Doctor ratio, allowing focus on patient care over admin tasks
• Full‑time 4‑day work week with no late nights or on‑call requirements
• Combination of general practice and occasional urgent care cases

• State‑of‑the‑art facility including digital radiography, dental radiography, in‑house diagnostic laboratory, ultrasound, fully equipped surgical suite, and therapeutic laser

• Provide high‑quality medical and surgical care for small animal patients
• Manage consultations, diagnostics, and procedures
• Build strong client relationships through compassionate communication
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

• Full‑time, 4‑day work week
• Hospital hours: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (rotational)
• No after‑hours or on‑call responsibilities

• Base salary: $120 000–$150 000 DOE
• 20 % ProSal bonus structure with no negative accrual
• $30 000 signing bonus
