We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in El Paso, TX. • Provide medical and surgical care for companion animals

Schedule

• Full-time, 4-day work week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Rotational Saturdays: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No emergency duty or on-call requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
• 20% ProSal with no negative accrual
• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Three weeks of PTO plus paid holidays

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent, licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
• Comfortable managing a small animal GP caseload
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
