I’m currently recruiting for a well-established, privately owned small animal hospital in Allen, North Dallas , which is looking to add an experienced Associate Veterinarian to its growing team.

This could be an especially exciting opportunity if you have a passion for soft tissue surgery and want the mentorship, equipment and clinical freedom to take your surgical caseload to the next level.

The owner is a highly experienced surgeon with extensive experience across soft tissue and other surgical procedures and is genuinely interested in mentoring another veterinarian who wants to grow their surgical skills .

• Tonopen & PetMAP
• Further investment in surgical equipment, including Ligasure, being considered

The schedule is designed to give you time to provide thoughtful, high-quality medicine rather than simply rushing through appointments.

2 hours of protected daily administrative/clinical time

Shorter midweek day when working a Saturday

No on-call or overnight work

Closed on major holidays

• 3 weeks PTO + additional flexibility
