The role comes with a competitive salary of up to $150K and up to $75,000 sign-on bonus, unlimited PTO, and relocation support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exams, diagnostics, and treatment for companion animals
- Perform surgeries and prescribe medications as required
- Interpret diagnostic results and operate advanced equipment
- Advise pet owners on preventative care, treatment options, and end-of-life planning
- Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to veterinary ethics and legal standards
Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Active (or eligible) Florida veterinary license
- DEA/BNDD eligibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting animals and equipment as needed
- Professional, compassionate approach with clients and staff
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus
