What you’ll do
- Practice high-quality, relationship-centered small animal medicine
- Build meaningful connections with clients through education and trust
- Collaborate with a supportive team of veterinarians and technicians
- Grow your clinical interests in areas like surgery, dentistry, imaging, or internal medicine
- Help shape the culture and future of a growing, doctor-led hospital
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + 21% production (no negative accrual)
- Flexible schedule (24-32 hours/week for full-time)
- 4 weeks PTO + holidays + CE time (with rollover)
- Medical (PPO or HDHP with employer contribution)
