Associate Veterinarian – High‑Autonomy, Production‑Driven Earning Potential
Located just 45 minutes from Nashville in growing Clarksville, TN, we are a well-established (since 1973), high‑volume, walk‑in‑based clinic seeking a confident, driven Associate Veterinarian who wants control over their day, production‑driven earning potential, and a supportive and adaptable team behind them.
Why Our Model Works (And Why Our Doctors Love It)
- Control your workflow…no overbooked schedules stacked against you…you see what comes at your pace.
- Production‑driven bonus potential.
- Variety in cases…from wellness to urgent care to surgery.
- Supportive DVM team…feel confident discussing cases with other associate DVMs.
- No after‑hours ER responsibilities.
If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy making real‑time medical decisions, you’ll feel right at home here.
