The Role
- Full-time small-animal general practice
- Deliver comprehensive preventive care and manage common medical concerns
- Perform routine soft tissue surgery (including spay/neuter) and general dentistry
- Utilize on-site diagnostics: digital radiography, dental x-ray, and in-house laboratory testing
- Create individualized treatment plans and communicate clearly with clients
- Collaborate with credentialed technicians and assistants to support efficient, high-quality workflows
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and uphold safety and quality standards
- Participate in shared weekend or extended hours consistent with seven-day operations
- Engage in ongoing training, CE, and case collaboration
Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Illinois veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication, client-service, and team-collaboration skills
