Bayshore Veterinary Group, located just 25 minutes from Anna Maria Island, is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join our growing team.

We provide compassionate care for pets and their families across Bradenton and Cortez, FL. With over 50 years of service at Bayshore Animal Hospital, we've built a strong reputation for high-quality medicine, trusted client relationships, and collaborative care.

We offer a laid-back, family-oriented culture where teamwork, communication, and mentorship are valued. Our clinics see a diverse caseload- including cats, dogs, exotic pets, and reptiles and are fully equipped for both wellness care and advanced medical and surgical services.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Wellness and preventative medicine
  • Dentistry and surgical procedures
  • Radiography and laser therapy

Support & Mentorship

  • 5 doctors and 9 veterinary technicians
  • Family-oriented culture with strong communication and teamwork
  • Supportive environment for both experienced veterinarians and those seeking mentorship

The Practice

  • 9 exam rooms
  • Fully equipped dental and surgical suites
  • No boarding or grooming services, allowing focus on medical care
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm; Saturday 8 am-12 pm; closed Sundays

What We’re Looking For

  • DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited university
  • Licensed (or eligible) in Florida
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Veterinarian
  • Committed to high-quality medicine and veterinary ethics
