Part-Time Veterinarian (Small Animal – Surgery & Dentistry)

Role Overview
Seeking a part-time veterinarian with experience in soft tissue surgery and dentistry to join a collaborative, patient-focused practice. This role is ideal for a small animal veterinarian who enjoys hands-on surgical and dental cases and is interested in long-term professional and leadership growth within a Fear Free environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general soft tissue surgeries (spay/neuter, mass removals, foreign body procedures, etc.)
• Provide dental care and oral surgery with the support of advanced dental diagnostics and trained staff
• Deliver high-quality preventive and medical care in a Fear Free setting
• Collaborate with veterinarians with diverse clinical interests
• Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland
• Minimum 2 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery preferred
• Strong surgical and dental skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for excellent patient care
