Exotic and management experience highly valued—but not essential
Autonomy to implement your own medical protocols
Established multi-Doctor team offering 3:1 technician support ratio for smoother, more focused patient care
Schedule That Supports Balance
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon (Saturdays are on a rotational basis only )
- No on-call responsibilities

About the Role
As Medical Director, you'll:
- Lead and inspire a skilled, collaborative veterinary team
- Establish clinical guidelines and best practices
- Mentor associate DVMs and support staff
- Partner with the practice manager to drive strategic growth
