Vermont Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Vermont Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, utilizing a structured model with minimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and consistent caseloads Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and clinical leadership Manage scheduling and documentation within operational guidelines to focus on patient care Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is highly desired
