Vermont Licensed Pharmacy Analyst

Supporting pharmacy billing and compliance activities, the full-time System Pharmacy Billing & Compliance Analyst will perform audits, manage charge capture, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Identify and resolve missing or inaccurate medication charges and reconcile dispensed and administered medications Support Pharmacy-owned billing workflows and monitor high-cost medication utilization Maintain compliance documentation and prepare operational reports while serving as a resource for medication-related inquiries Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of Vermont Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare billing Experience with medication documentation, inventory, and regulatory compliance processes Coursework in auditing, billing, compliance, pharmacy, or accounting preferred
