To support an established Family Medicine practice, the part-time Vermont Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, manage a patient panel, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for remote work and a consistent daytime schedule. Key responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions Manage and grow an individual patient panel while delivering preventive care and wellness services Conduct in-person and telemedicine visits, collaborating with a team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Required qualifications Minimum of two years of Nurse Practitioner experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or a related outpatient setting Completion of an accredited Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner Active Vermont APRN license or eligibility for Vermont licensure Eligibility for prescriptive authority and DEA licensure
