Senior Verification and Validation EngineerOur mission-driven team is seeking a bold and dynamic Senior Verification and Validation Engineer who is fueled by problem-solving, continuously curious, and driven to understand our world, science/technology, and life itself, for the benefit of all on Earth and beyond.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement verification and validation (V&V) strategy, including implementation practices and processes.Work closely with NASA to integrate joint verification activities with the International Space StationManage customer-related integrated V&V plans. Lead V&V collaboration efforts both internally and externally.Establish and oversee verification requirements for subsystems and suppliers as part of the integrated V&V planCollaborate with system and subsystem engineers, program office personnel and customers for V&V planning, scheduling, and execution.Support the development and maintenance of requirements (both internal and external).Mentor junior engineers in spacecraft concepts, processes, analyses, and tool developmentPrepare technical documentation and presentations for peers, management, and external customers and partners.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
