Venture Lead at Horizon Labs

Job Title: Venture Lead

Hours: Full-time
Salary: USD 2,000/month

Own and drive Horizon Labs' first health-tech venture from prototype to commercial launch. As Venture Lead, you’ll operate across product, program, and ops—working directly with the Managing Director to keep execution sharp and strategic.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the end-to-end roadmap: translate vision into sprint plans, automate workflows, track KPIs, and ensure delivery stays on track. You’ll also lead special projects like investor materials, partnership analysis, and team process improvements. Your role is part builder, part operator, part right-hand.

Must-Haves

• Demonstrated ability to take a product or project from zero to shipped
• Strong communicator—able to work with engineers, designers, and execs
• Proactive and autonomous—you move without waiting for perfect clarity
• 3+ years experience in venture building

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with scrum methodology
• Experience with agile tools (Trello, Jira), dashboards, async workflows
• Familiarity with health-tech, compliance, or SaaS
• Comfortable with our tech stack (React, FastAPI, Azure)
