PRIVATE INVESTMENTS ASSOCIATE

SUMMARY

CSP, a private investment firm focused on growth equity and buyouts in the software and tech-enabled services sectors, is seeking an Associate to join its investment team. The Associate will play a critical role in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and execution to portfolio management and exit. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
2. Develop financial models and valuation analyses for prospective investments.
3. Participate in due diligence processes, including commercial, financial, and legal diligence.
4. Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee.
5. Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and add‑on acquisitions.
6. Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare quarterly reports.
7. Assist in fundraising efforts and investor relations.
8. Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, entrepreneurs, and advisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 2‑4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced financial modeling.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
5. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and intellectual curiosity.
6. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field from a top‑tier institution.
7. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
