Venture Capital Job – Associate – Nexus Bay Capital

We’re hiring an Associate (Full-time).

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone to help build the next chapter of Nexus Bay Capital.

We invest in leading venture capital funds and exceptional startups. This provides a unique vantage point across the venture ecosystem and the opportunity to work closely with leading venture investors, founders, and startups.

What you’ll do

1. Source, evaluate, and recommend investments in leading venture capital funds and startups.
2. Support fund managers and portfolio companies through strategic partnerships.
3. Monitor portfolio performance and support investor reporting and LP communications.
4. Support fund operations, fundraising, and strategic initiatives across the firm.
5. Build AI-powered workflows that improve how we invest and operate.

Who we’re looking for

1. 1-5 years of relevant experience. Prior venture capital experience is helpful but not required.
2. High agency, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward execution.
3. High integrity, professionalism, and humility.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to wear many hats.
5. Passion for technology, startups, venture capital, and AI.
