Venture Capital & Emerging Companies Associate Attorney

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an ECVC associate to join its ECVC group in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Palo Alto. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies through formation, financing, and M&A, as well as funds that invest in them.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, stellar academic credentials and references, and quantitative and Excel skills are preferred.
