Vendor Service Manager

Managing a regional team of Center Experience Specialist Logistics Team members, the full-time Vendor Service Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a comfortable, clean, and compliant environment for teammates and patients while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Own assigned region(s) for customer-facing communication and operational problem-solving, adhering to the Facilities Emergency Response SOP Serve as the primary contact for Operations during Crisis-level events and provide regular status updates to regional leadership Manage competing budget priorities and assist in vendor management, including escalation and re-engagement of vendors as necessary Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or above required 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience At least 5 years of related experience in vendor management, maintenance, and repairs Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing experience desired 3 - 5 years of Customer service experience
